The 2021 Hot Summer Real estate!

As we now move into the fall months of 2021, the real estate market in West Hills, Woodland Hills and Calabasas is not cooling off just yet. Not only homes disappear off the market days after they come up for sale, the median sale prices have risen. The Southern California real estate market remains hot! Calabasas median sales prices soared in just 30 days with an increase of $260,091 and in West Hills homes barely stayed active on the market for 14 days. Many home sellers accepted offers within days of their home hitting the market.

Woodland Hills:

Median price: $1,127,776 (+$78,276)

Days on Market: 27

Sale to list price: 103%

 

West Hills:

Median price: $893,250 (-$26,750)

Days on Market: 15

Sale to list price: 105%

 

Calabasas :

Median sold price: $1,660,000  (+$260,091)

Days on Market: 30

Sale to list price: 101%
